A great add on for my stroller. I use this stroller everyday and now I don;t have to dig around in the bottom storage area for my keys and water bottle. The short buckle: loosen the straps , buckle, then tighten...the buckle length is not an issue when done this way...to take baby out...loosen, then unbuckle...easy
To tighten: The straps are tightened by ratchet...simply pull, then release and check tightness...if not tight enough...repeat...easy
