Good book so far
I haven't finished this book yet but it is good so far. I am reading it to finish the Monster trilogy. Overall, the trilogy is OK. It is a little far-fetched or supernatural. i was expecting a standard zombie-type book.

"The Ouchie I can hold in my Hand" and other tales of the terrible
"Something is in the air tonight" seems to fit quite nicely with Infected because, quite literally, there is something in the air and it is causing some a little thing called insanity. Just ask Dew: assigned to the "project" after his fair share of known and silent wars, he's been noticing his fair share of oddities. He's watched a man go insane and, well, take that to the extreme, has watched ...

Great series!
This is my new fave series. Can't get enough. If you love romero, things undead, or just character based work, you'll really dig this. I've gotten all 3 hardcovers and now mope about till the new issue hits newsstands. Recommend getting the hc for easy access to all the gooey stuff inbetween. Cover art in the back is a plus. Just go ahead and order it already.

You MUST buy this book!!!
I loved this book, it had solid action from cover to cover pausing just long enough for the reader to calm down and connect to the characters without losing attention.

Loved the book
I like watching movies with Zombies in them... end of the world as we know it, new threats to survival, being eatin alive and changed into one them. With the movies you can just get lost in the simple details of trying to escape and stay alive. Didn't really know what to think a book about Zombies would be like so I gave it a shot. This is a very entertaining book. I would read it late at ...

Awesome Zombie Novel
This book was very fast-paced with lots of action. The descriptions of zombies and the violence are quite gory, but this is a plus for us fans of the zombie genre. The story is reminiscent to that of Dawn of the Dead, which although makes it in a sense unoriginal, but if you liked Dawn of the Dead then you will most likely enjoy this book. And although the book is not likely to be deemed a ...

A different flavor of Z book
I got the whole trilogy and read them in order thankfully. Monster Nation was my favorite of the 3 and dveloped a few interesting characters. The writing style seemed a bit complex compared to other "undead" based books I have read. The trilogy one was more in depth and had a supernatural flavor to it. I was looking for a brain-smashing mindless zombie book but this one gave me a different ...

"Blood of the Dead" will rock your undead head!
AP Fuchs puts together a miasma of 4 different characters to absolutely drive this novel into 6th gear. It's not all gore and gutmunching, although there is plenty of that, this is an actual character driven zombie novel that will have you caring for each and every person. There's no real villian in this novel, the first of a trilogy, other than the zombies. That's quite a refreshing take for the ...

The year of the Zombie
The sad and tragic tale of Simon William Garth, the Zombie, started in the fifties when comic book legends Stan Lee and Bill Everett created the undead character for Atlas's horror comic Menace. Newsstands were flooded with a wave of horror titles like Tales from the Crypt, Black Cat, Weird and Dick Briefer's horrific classic The Monster of Frankenstein. All of which fell victim of the newly ...

Slick zombie art, dark comedic twists
Zombie tales is a set of animated tales that were all quite enjoyable. Brief and extremely well drawn, these stories made me snicker with evil glee at each punchline laid out by each author. Sure, a couple did not make me laugh and one was downright touching in the end, but there was a lot of humor, extra dark, and a few surprise endings. I particularly enjoyed "Daddy smells different", and ...

Another hit from Peach-Pit
Zombie-Loan is another great series from Peach-Pit. The art is absolutely gorgeous, the action flows on the page, and the characters are intriguing enough to warrant multiple volumes. I didn't like Michiko at the get-go, but by the end of the volume she was my favorite character. Can't wait to pick up volume two if the level of quality stays the same. A must for any fantasy manga fan!

Worth the price for the amount of stories it offers.
I gave this book three stars because the stories are all in black and white. NO COLOR! The item description at Amazon fails to mention this. So be forewarned! Other than that, the art and the stories themselves are for the most part good. And for the price I think it is worth buying for any zombie fan. My guess is that they produced it in black and white as it is cheaper to do so, but I for one ...

damn good zombie book
I read this book a little more than a month ago but didn't bother with a review. After all I'm a busy person, like so many other people. But after seeing two negative reviews with absolutely no grounds for their opinions I thought I would add my opinion to the mix. I liked this book. Though the grammar errors were sometimes a minor distraction, overall I thought it was a fun read with everyday ...

Originality and Style
An excellent series that I am sad to see end at 4 volumes. It's a fantastic series that rivals Bleach in style and originality. It may not be better than Bleach but it is close, and it is better than many overrated mangas such as Naruto. Overall, a fantstic series that may last 4 volumes, but it is four volumes of fantastic fun and style.
