Don't try to implement Project Server 2007 without this book!
As an EPM implementor and PMO Director at a technology company, my advice to you is this: If you are implementing MOPS 2007, buy this book! It contains outstanding practical advice and best practices about how to SUCCESSFULLY implement this tool.
My only regret is that it wasn't published before we started our implementation... it would have saved us several MONTHS of figuring out how do do ...

No GUI and that's just great!
For those of us who've performed more than 50 percent of our administration tasks from the command line (in Windows) for that past 15+ years, it's nice to see that Microsoft is still committed to this method of administration.
