I just moved from San Diego and wanted to get this for my niece to be reminded of all the wonderful things there are to see and do in my old stomping grounds. There are great illustrations and it really hits all the highlights. Great little book!

More Than Just Coastal Maine
A beautiful picture book for our two grandaughters. We live on an inland lake in woodsy, central Maine and this gives them a realistic memory stimulator for both their lake visits and their trips to the coast.

Excellent bed time book
I have enjoyed this entire "Good Night Our World Series" with our son for almost 2 years now. Any child 1 1/2 years or older will love these books. I would go as old as 7 years for the reader, depending on your child. I highly recommend this particular book, Good Night Nantucket, for anyone who has lived or visited this special island. Great kid's book!

A huge favorite
I bought this book for my niece at the Penn bookstore to commemorate my return to Philadelphia. I thought it was great (like a fun little tour through the city) but was even more impressed when my brother told me it is the only book he likes reading to my niece. That's a great endorsement! I got her the San Diego book for Christmas and am awaiting the NJ one. I love them!
