Positive Attitude: A Dilbert Collection (Dilbert Books (Paperback Andrews McMeel))8 reviews
Scott Adams

Andrews McMeel Publishing, 2007

Dilbert - so true it hurts!
This is another great book from Scott Adams. Anyone who has ever worked in a cubicle, been a victim of 'flavor of the month' management strategies, or had a well meaning but misguided superior will enjoy this collection.

Cubes and Punishment: A Dilbert Book (Dilbert)9 reviews
Scott Adams

Andrews McMeel Publishing, 2007

Very Funny
In the comic book world, you have two kinds of books you can release: 'Collections'; which are new cartoons and 'Treasury' which contains "recycled" cartoons, usually from the 'Collections'. The good news about 'Treasuries' is they contain more pages of comic strips than the 'Collections' plus the Sunday strips are in color. This Dilbert book is what you call a 'Treasury'. And this treasury ...

Try Rebooting Yourself: A Dilbert Collection (Dilbert Book Collections Graphi)4 reviews
Scott Adams

Andrews McMeel Publishing, 2006

As wickedly funny as always
Featuring eight bonus stickers to liven up anyone's cubicle, Try Rebooting Yourself is cartoonist Scott Adams' latest compilation of Dilbert cartoons, which savagely mock and jeer corporate ineffectualness, human obnoxiousness, and the literally cutthroat (or shove-off-a-roof) competition of office politics. A special point of interest is a short series of strips in which Adams dares to break the ...

This Is the Part Where You Pretend to Add Value: A Dilbert Book (Dilbert Books (Paperback Andrews McMeel))5 reviews
Scott Adams

Andrews McMeel Publishing, 2008

Scott Adams Is A Creative Genius
Scott Adams is a creative genius. Even after some 20 years of generating his Dilbert Comic strip on a daily basis, he continues to make his audience laugh. This book is a summary of his work in most of 2007 and is truly a wonderful collection. As the creator of www.PublicWorksComic.com I know laugh out loud humor when I see it. Pick up Scott's book. You'll really enjoy it!

Cliffs Notes, 2001

Excellent
I am taking Stat 244 after taking the first class 5 years ago. I needed a review to catch up, but I am finding that this is much more comprehensible than the textbook and the instructor. Nice and straight forward... Makes you wonder why you need to spend $80+ for a used textbook in college when you can learn it more efficiently from this little guy... THANK YOU!!!!!!

Great for High School
I am taking Honors Physics in High School and it is a great study tool. It is very helpful for looking up definitions and gives you plenty of practice. If you are taking the class in High School I would deffinetly recommend it to any student.

Dilbert 2.0: 20 Years of Dilbert6 reviews
Scott Adams

Andrews McMeel Publishing, 2008

A must have for Dilbert lovers
It's the best in class. The material inside is very well complemented by quality print. The icing on this baby is the update-able disc. This brings Dilbert right in the class of comic greats like Calvin and Hobbes and The Far Side. It's a must have. Go ahead, buy it, you will not regret this masterpiece.

Dilbert: 2009 Day-to-Day Calendar (Dilbert)2 reviews
Scott Adams

Andrews McMeel Publishing, 2008

Brilliant for anyone who's ever worked in an office!
If you're new to Dilbert, he's a small guy who works in a highly bureaucratic white collar office. The comics satirize office politics beautifully. The humor is similar to the TV series The Office, but Dilbert was the original. I give the Dilbert day-to-day calendar to my father every year for Christmas. He works in senior management and very much enjoys having a new Dilbert strip to read ...

Dilbert: 2009 Desk Calendar (Dilbert Books (Paperback Andrews McMeel))1 review
Scott Adams

Andrews McMeel Publishing, 2008

Not as nice as last year, but still good
I carry my 2008 Dilbert planner/calendar around with me everywhere... It fits nicely in my purse and has just enough room to keep the information I need in it. Being proactive I went ahead and ordered my 2009 calendar because my boss is already planning things into next year. The 2009 version has the comics set up the same, filling each page on the left. They are just as funny as always (you ...

Dilbert: 2009 Wall Calendar1 review
Scott Adams

Amausing, silly and uplifting
I have been buying Dilbert wall calendars for the past few years because when ever I need something to smile about there is this month's cartoon.

Dogbert's Top Secret Management Handbook28 reviews
Scott Adams

Collins Business, 1997

A satire of business books that's actually a good business book!
If you are familiar with the Dilbert cartoon, then you know Scott Adams' ability to skewer modern business organizations. This book mostly consists of text organized in little easy-to-understand bits, just like a real business book. This satirical text is illustrated with Dilbert cartoons. Of course it's funny, and if you like Dilbert, you'll enjoy it. What makes the book really work, ...

What Would Wally Do?: A Dilbert Treasury (Dilbert Books (Paperback Andrews McMeel))13 reviews
Scott Adams

Andrews McMeel Publishing, 2006

Almost too funny collection by Scott Adams
I'm a fan of comics, but I'm very picky about which ones I choose to love. "Peanuts" will always be the standard, since I followed them since I was old enough to read. Of course, many other classics have hung around for decades, some, like Beetle Bailey, like seeing an old friend, and magnum puke affairs like "Family Circus", which is so square and traditional, you just know they're all ...

Words You Don't Want to Hear During Your Annual Review: A Dilbert Book7 reviews
Scott Adams

Andrews McMeel Publishing, 2003

One of the funniest Dilbert books
One of the reasons I like this one so much is because it contains the comic strips that I always read in the paper last year. These are a few of the reasons why you should buy this book. Toxic Tom Dilbert as a sheep Wally being lasy a usual Dogbert's Tech Support The Consultick Dilbert's mood altering drugs The furniture psychic The new dress code which is barrels My favorite comic which is the ...

Dilbert: 2009 Mini Wall Calendar
Scott Adams

Andrews McMeel Publishing, 2008

Wally practices work avoidance as if it's some New Age religion, Alice resorts to violent measures to relieve stress, and Dilbert remains cluelessly above it all. Throw in a boss who manages via buzzwords, and you have the main players in the favorite strip among office dwellers everywhere: Dilbert . It's a cast of characters all too familiar to most, which accounts for no small part of its amazing success. It seems that everyone knows, has ...

God's Debris: A Thought Experiment181 reviews
Scott Adams

Andrews McMeel Publishing, 2004

Should you read this?
(This is not a review of this book. For [what I believe is] an excellent review of the book, read the positive review that people found "most helpful" by Donald Mitchell.) You should read this if you are likely to analyze how you construct your own beliefs, and how people, humans, construct their own firm beliefs. You should read this if you think you would enjoy taking the challenge the ...

The Religion War25 reviews
Scott Adams

Andrews McMeel Publishing, 2004

The Religion War - A logic experiment?
This follow-up from God's debris in not a "thought experiment" but a fiction that relies on some of the concepts previously discussed in God's Debris. This novel has the Avatar attempting to stop a religious world war that would rip apart the human race. Some of Adam's conclusions seem so logical that it is difficult to dispute that the scenarios they depict would not be inevitable. It is these ...

Dilbert's Guide To The Rest Of Your Life: Dispatches from Cubicleland3 reviews
Scott Adams

Running Press, 2007

The BEST Dilbert book yet!
Scott Adams has outdone himself AGAIN. He has truly captured 'life in a cubicle'. It seems like he has hidden cameras in our cubicles and is spying on us...getting new insight into cubicle living for his next book. Thanks, Scott, for another great book to bring sunshine to my dreary days here in cubicleville. :-)

Dilbert: Random Acts of Management (A Dilbert book)13 reviews
Scott Adams

Boxtree Ltd, 2000

The Way Dilbert Should Be
I've grown up with Dilbert and belive me when I say this stuff is great. My favorite character is definetly Wally because he's so lazy. The Dlibert books are great and they always make me laugh. I have 11 Dilbert books and I really can't say I dislike any of them. A great deal for you money and one of the best Dilbert books.

Stick to Drawing Comics, Monkey Brain!: Cartoonist Explains Cloning, Blouse Monsters, Voting Machines, ...29 reviews
Scott Adams

Portfolio Trade, 2008

NOT Dilbert, STILL funny!
This is an autobiography, basically from a daily on-line blog maintained for years by Adams. It is funny, philosophical, ridiculous. No plot (it's just a blog, people), but great airport or hospital reading. Lots of short chapters, all of which stand alone, with occasional repetition. Don't try to read it all at once. Put it in your trunk for waiting rooms and visits to the in-laws.

The Dilbert Principle: A Cubicle's-Eye View of Bosses, Meetings, Management Fads & Other Workplace Afflictions102 reviews
Scott Adams

Collins Business, 1997

I almost died laughing whilst reading this book
Absolutely hysterically tearfully gaspingly chokingly hilarious. But also a very accurate depiction of how the business world can be - now THAT is scary!
