This book has simple but informative drawings and somewhat easy text that go into just enough detail to keep you interested. It offers suggestions on how to do soil experiments and breaks the subject matter into 10 chapters, one for each group of critters. Very fascinating in a creepy, crawley way.

Excellent resource
The language is simple enough for a beginning reader to understand, but it is not presented in a cutesy or condescending way. Independent readers will appreciate the pictures and clear writing style. In addition to presenting the causes of stomachaches, this book also introduces ways to prevent/cure them. Highly recommended.

This book is a good source for young readers to learn about the wondrous creatures that are manatees. The book is extrememly informative, and the illustrations far surpass any other I have ever seen. As an enviromentalist, I strongly reccommend encouraging any and all children you know to read this and other books about manatees, their endangerment, and protection efforts.

What more can I say? It's boring for anyone to read, had no valuable information, and was not really something that I can share with my dyslexic child to learn about his disability. Full of facts, yet nothing positive for a child with dyslexia to focus on.
