Informative and Humorous
As a real estate agent and investor, I thought I had heard, seen and read it all! Bob shares some of the horror stories you only hear of in an easy to read and follow format. Once I started reading this book, I couldn't put it down! I will recomend this as a must read for all of my clients! Great job Bob!

Everybody is welcome to their own opinion, and that's cool. But I liked this book. In my area, interest rates and listings are low, so it's key to have a good qualified buyer. And what I got from this book, I think was a lot of good advice: 1) Ask the buyer if they've been prequalified with a lender on the phone. 2) If the buyer says, "yes" have them bring the lender's letter to your office. 3) ...

Excellent resource
Excellent resource. The author is sincere and knowledgeable - I even called him and he was very responsive to my questions. Not to mention the book being a complete page-turner. But it also has a personal touch, which is sorely missed in many real estate resources these days.
