Pretty good, but....
I was pleased with the product but I didn't know that it was in a 3 ring binder book. All in all it was a good deal because I really needed the book and it was a good price.

This text is both in-depth and well-informed. Nearly every faucet of the "family experience" is covered here, as well as looks at a variety of different cultures and their contrasting views to our own societal expectations. Helpful Tool
I personally believe that this book does a good job on breaking all of the information down. It is more of an overview of the family, which I think is helpful for an introductory course. I think it is a good book!

BUY IT USED
This book was challenging to read because it was so boring. I t did have some good points. I would've been disappointed if I paid full price. The text was so bad my teacher only used it to assign papers. I read it anyways so I could know more than what he covered. If you have a friend share the book, reading is short a lot of b.s. in this book.
