EXCELLENT THROUGHOUT
Although some of these interviews may have been printed elsewhere, much of it was new to me and the illustrations are large, excellently reproduced and stunning. There is a wealth of information here and the production values are exquisite. I heartily recommend this book.

This book is excellent! This is first and foremost a book on drawing no fat, face composition "blanks" of human face types. This is the most complete basic face composition book out there. Although Burne Hogarth's drawing style is very mid-20th Century, his basic "rules of the wrinkles" are absolutely timeless. I recommend it as an excellent source for developing a mastery of how fabric reacts to the movement and form of the human body.

i had the opportunity of looking at this in the comic store i few weeks ago. while ive not yet bought the book (depending of cource, on when you read this) i saw the whole thing and i have to say, primo stuff. i own most of hogarths drawing books (all im missing is hands and wrinkles) and this is a fine addition to the collection
