I was mandated to read the book for Leadership class in Nursing. It is surprisingly easy to read, and not bogged down in inflated lingo. If you're a student it's not a bad reading assignment, and if you're a teacher, it's a good book to recommend. Excellent Overview
The class is only one credit, so I didn't expect a mountain of information in the textbook. It was an intresting read, though, giving a great overview of the world of nursing. Well worth the money.
