What you need to know real anatomy
I decided to review this book because it had no reviews. This book will prepare you for lab practicals like no other. Idealized drawings dont look like the human body. When one opens a dead body, everything is nearly the same drab color. I found myself struggling to find landmarks because there wasnt contrast like the pretty illustrations. Also, some folks are skinny, fat, long-legged etc. ...

This atlas has real cadaver photos for all areas of the body. The fact that the pictures are real will help when studying for a practical exam in anatomy. The only negative aspect is there are around 50 pins per page which could be annoying when searching for a part you want to find.

A class above others
I used this in medical school and it saved me. The dissections are amazing quality and are truly a form of art in themselves. I sold it off as a poor medical student but now that I am an attending ObGyn will be buying it again to teach my residents anatomical landmarks. needs more labels
These cards are great in that they test you from exact images from the Rohen book. However, each card has only 2 or 3 items labeled. I was hoping for a lot more than that, since I am highly dependent on portable methods of self-quizzing!!!
