this one doesn't dissapoint
This is one great book, but don't read it unless you've read 1-4, because you need the info from those books so your not too confused. Ryushi, along with Whist, continues his quest for revenge on his brother, Takami, for betraying Parakka and killing his father. Ryushi wants revenge, but he is not blinded by it, and he is being very careful, espesially since the untrustworthy and dangerous Whist ...

The Ascendancy Veil (The Braided Path series)1 review

Victor Gollancz, 2005

Great Ending
This is the 3rd book in the series, and the ending is just awesome. He closes out the story with the hint of something bigger coing in the future. He closes all plot points, and the characters issues. I really enjoyed the entire series, and it is well worth the investment in time for you to read it.

Gollancz, 2003

Short but Sweet
My review, that is. Having read the entire trilogy I will simply say that you should read these books! Are you a fan of fantasy, a good story, or perhaps you just enjoy good writing? You'll find it all here. If you require a more in depth review there are others here that will fulfill your need.

this just gets better and better
This is an amazing book with questions and actions surrounding each and every character. This book kicks off with Ryushi and Whist continuing their adventure toward Ryushi's double-crossing, tratior brother, Takami's, keep. However, Since Takami is the Thane of the province of Maar, he is well protected. The path is even more treacherous when Whist, who is extremely untrustworthy himself, ...

This book is the conclution to the broken sky series. The book starts off a year later with a stranger named Mi'atte. Mi'atte works as a slave in the mines and can't remember what happened to her before the last year. However, strange things have happened to her lately. She has been finding strange objects all over the mines, the latest being a flail with three chains, each of which having a ...
