Excellent tapes!
I listened to these tapes while on a solo road trip and found them to be full of wisdom and comfort. Many facets of empowerment are covered. The speakers seem to address a variety of issues that are appropriate for any age. I especially enjoyed Louis Hay and Susan Jeffers. There comments are so true of many women today.
