The recipes in this book can make a cook out of anyone. The ingredients in general are inexpensive and readily available in most supermarkets. The instructions are simple to follow. The recipes are healthy. The recipes are very varied. The only thing I would have liked told to me would be which part of the oven one puts the food into when not specified in the book.
