A Life-Changer for Me
Appreciative Inquiry is a process that I feel is one of the most powerful there is for - as the subtitle of this book says - offering a practical tool to create positive change. It's easy to talk in abstract terms about change and improving the world, but it isn't often we come across a way to actually make it happen in concrete terms. AI is one of those tools. This book offers a very thorough ...

You have found the Source
I'm quite impressed with this new edition of the AI Handbook. I was lucky enough to see it while it was being developed and now have it on my shelf. It contains enough information, applications, and resources to satisfy the most dedicated AI learner/follower/consultant/teacher/groupie. Yes, it is pricey. And yes, it is worth it!

I read the other two books in the series and thought that they were great and I have to admit that this one pleased me as well. Catrina and Rick have both been hurt by "fathers" in the past. Rick is not sure he ever wants to be a husband or a father. The people that work at his company are his family and they adore him and all he gives. Catrina was raised by her mother after her father ...
