A great Spanish test
I bought this book to help me prepare for the MTEL in Spanish because the other books did not get good ratings. It is a great book for preparing for the format of the exam although the real exam was shorter and heavily loaded with cultural and historical questions. The study guide at the beginning of the book is most invaluable because a lot of the questions are taken from there.

Good Study Guide
I meant to rate it less, I would probably give it a four. It's good for what it is, a study guide. You'll have to have science text books to help you study. The practice tests are helpful but some are shorter than the actual length of the real test.
There are not many praxis II study guides out there so I'd definitely recommend this one.

Some of the problems in the PPST I test were the same as the problems in this book. The Essay Topics section was right on the money. The topic I was given was the same as one of the topics in this book. I wish I would have studied this section more. I also purchased REA PRAXIS PPST tests.

The book gives you a great place to start from to begin preparing for the test. Make sure that you give yourself enough time to study though, because there is a lot to cover. Strongly recommend. I bought this book one month ago, and it is a really good preparation for the real test. Although there is only one test for each portion, but if you study each one carefully, I bet you will pass the test. I did. Good Luck to you. You should buy one.
