Not the best
In the beginning it gives you a 50 question practice test, which is nice, but the rest is bogus in my opinion. It supposingly teaches you better reading comprehension, but i am not necessarily sure that you can teach better reading, instead it comes with practice. What i was looking for was book with practice questions for reading comprehension.
