It's great to see a book from the champ that's well laid out, and not too expensive. Would have liked to have read more discussion of fighting philosophy, which is the only knock on this book. The illustrations and explanations are first rate for anyone who practices MMA, or who just wants to understand technique and strategy.

I love this book! I strongly reccommend it for anybody who is interested in MMA. It does not matter if you are a beginner or a seasoned veteran of the sport. The instructions are not too complexed, but it is detailed enough to help you out. This book covers every phase of MMA. BJ does a great job leaving options for you.
