Wally the Walleye is a tale of folklore proportions among the former students of it's author, retired teacher Fred Netz. It has instruction and adventure in equal proportions. The illustrations are bright and engaging for the young reader. The plot is fast-moving and the scenerio very "Minnesotan". It is a fun and fantastic story.
