This is a great book, but too many sections are becoming dated and a few sections do not have enough detail. PFT section could use some fleshing out. Cardiopulmonary anatomy is great. However, I would wait until a new edition comes out to spend the money.

Very Helpful for Respiratory Pathophysiology
This is a really good book and very easy to understand. The chapters aren't too lengthy, just long enough to give the important aspects of each respiratory disease.
