Great little tool for students
I have completed all of the exercises in the book and software, as well as using it to provide training to my students. I have found that it does exactly what it states it will do...give the student exposure to the basics of operant conditioning in an environment that does not allow or cannot afford live laboratory animals. Is using Sniffy as good as using a live animal? No, but it is not ...

Klondike Gold Rush in a nutshell
This 112-pages-book is full with wonderful historic pictures (more than 100!), which obviously was the main reason for Wilson to publish this book. The pictures are telling the story of the gold rush to the Klondike with focus on the involvement of steamboats in this short period of history. It covers the steamboat route from Victoria, Portland, Seattle to St. Michaels at the mouth of the Yukon ...

The Heart's Desire
Emily is a mere soldier's widow, a soldier's daughter. What could she possibly offer the Duke of Avon, a man with who's disfigurement isn't the leg that doesn't work properly, but the soul that's been so terribly hurt? Dominic Maitland knows the true worth of Emily isn't in a title or wealth, but in a heart that's his heart's desire.

Super Reader
Not an alien, not an android, not a mutant, not a demigod, no powered armour, no mutilated parents driving her to become a dark avenger. Nope, Supergran gets her powers the good old fashioned accidental way, and sets up to protect the town from the odd dastardly nogoodnik. Complete with the odd kid helper, of course.

Pretty bad-> Mostly just an advanced English text
If I had wanted a text on grammar or rhetoric I think I would have bought one. Only toward the end with Noam Chomsky and the psycholingistics article did I get some of what I had expected or hoped for in this text. I think I had better coverage of these subjects in my high school English texts and the style sheet my first year college English teacher made us read. The Elements of Style
