Is using Sniffy as good as using a live animal? No, but it is not ...

Super Reader
Not an alien, not an android, not a mutant, not a demigod, no powered armour, no mutilated parents driving her to become a dark avenger. Nope, Supergran gets her powers the good old fashioned accidental way, and sets up to protect the town from the odd dastardly nogoodnik. Complete with the odd kid helper, of course.

Linguistics Reader.1 review
Graham Wilson

see notes for publisher info, 1984

Pretty bad-> Mostly just an advanced English text
If I had wanted a text on grammar or rhetoric I think I would have bought one. Only toward the end with Noam Chomsky and the psycholingistics article did I get some of what I had expected or hoped for in this text.
