Love this book at our house! We found it at the library and our young daughter had a hard time bringing it back. Thanks to a gift, this book is in our permanent collection now! We found the Jessie peep-hole books at the library and our 2-year-old loves them! This book was written for us!!My husband & I started reading to our daughter Hannah shortly after her birth. My 3 1/2 year old daughter loves this whole series, but this one is her favorite. All kids like to be a little scared, but not too scared, and this has just the right amount of suspense with a cute punchline to make them smile. She wants to read it over and over. I don't know if she's reading or just has the book memorized, but we enjoy it reading it together.
