Awesome text, but there's a newer one, now.
This is Module 3 (of 4) in W. A. Benjamin's "Malmstadt-Enke Instrumentation for Scientists Series." I have all four, copyrighted 1973 & 1974, and they are awesome. (I'm not selling them, though!)
