Dual Agency has been illegal in Florida since October 1997.A Transaction Brokerage relationship requires "limited confidentiality" but there is no mention of this either. This publication requires and up to date edition.

I studied from this book exclusively and passed the exam
I see a lot of people who failed the exam with this book. Maybe I'm a rare exception but I used this book and passed the real estate sales exam. I will be taking the Broker exam next month and I'm going to turn to this book again. (By the way, its the same exam I jsut have to score higher)
