I liked this book very much! This book was my begining book in high school, it influenced my descision to remain in French class, and helped me learn the basics. This book, is a very helpful book indeed. I'm in french 4 now, and if it wasn't for this book I probably wouldn't have gone into french 3 and 4. Very comprehensive, but too many topics in one chapter
This Spanish textbook worked very well for my third year Spanish course. It does an excellant job of reviewing many of the previous concepts in later chapters. However, it tends to pack too many new concepts in one chapter. I would not use it for anything below the Junior year.

I am a high school student who uses this book, and I believe this is a great book. Students learn simple phrases and expressions, and later on they learn to conjugate verbs and Spanish grammar. I recommend this book to anyone who wishes to learn Spanish.
