I Know You Got Soul4 reviews
Jeremy Clarkson

Penguin Books Ltd, 2006

HE'S GOT SOUL
It just doesn't get much better than Clarkson. PC? The only PC in his day was Dixon of Dock Green. Says what most of Britain thinks but is getting increasingly badgered out of saying. Dave Armitage's Born to be Mild is the only thing which comes close - a novel which could have been written by Clarkson. It's uncanny.

The World According to Clarkson7 reviews
Jeremy Clarkson

Penguin Books Ltd, 2005

Very very good indeed
Bloody good stuff. So true. One line that stuck in my mind. In 3rd world countries there's often a desperation in peoples faces whereas in provincial England there's a gormlessness. Describing the Vauxhall nova boys tearing up the neighborhood. Some great lines. LOL funny book.

Clarkson on Cars1 review
Jeremy Clarkson

Virgin Books, 1996

Mr.Clarkson, write more!
Jeremy is brilliant as always. I received my book and, going to the work, in traffic, opened at first random page. Fifteen seconds later I couldn't drive cos laugh until cries... The same experiment I made with my wife that are so far from car theme. It took a few seconds more... Really, Clarkson is inimitable!

Jeremy Clarkson

Refreshing and entertaining but makes you wonder
3.5 stars really. The author is fun to watch in action on TV. He is not afraid to speak his mind and has a unique turn of phrase when critcally examining something. He writes in much the same way. In fact, you sometimes catch yourself reading like Clarkson talks - complete with the pregnant pauses! A light-hearted read, really. I did find some of the explanations/comments frustrating though. ...
