The Pact: A Love Story 385 reviews Jodi Picoult
Turtleback Books Distributed by Demco Media, 2001
Wonderful Read The Pact is truly an amazing book. It keeps you on the edge of your seat from the beginning all the way to the end. It was hard for me to put this book down. This book was an easy, but amazing book to read.
The story The Pact is about Emily and Chris and a suicide gone horribly wrong. You don't learn the full true story of what happened on that night of November 7 until the very end of the ...

Nineteen Minutes 392 reviews Jodi Picoult
ISIS Publishing, 2007
Riveting It was a fluke that I came across this novel, Nineteen Minutes. With that being said, this book by no means is a fluke. In Undergrad, I majored in English. I've read many things from British Literature to True Crime, and I must say that Nineteen Minutes is by far the greatest thought-provoking novel I've ever read.
Nineteen Minutes is compelling and gripping. This novel will take you to ...

PERFECT MATCH 1 review Jodi. Picoult
Allen & Unwin, 2003
Last Rites Nina Frost, an aptly named assistant district attorney in the State of Maine appears to have it all. She is married to Caleb, who is a gifted builder and outdoorsman and has a 5-year-old son named Nathaniel. He is a Beatle fan with a fondness for the White Album.
By early October of 2001, Nathaniel begins to withdraw. He stops speaking; becomes enuretic and acts out in kindergarten. Nathaniel ...

Falling to Earth 2 reviews Jodi Picoult
Putnam Pub Group (T), 2004
pleasing counterplay between two diverse character types Jodi Picoult has done it again! Teague McKay and Hope Holliday are as different as two people can be. Yet, Ms. Picoult successful encompasses them in an intriguing story anchored in the government space program. As always, Ms. Picoult's characters come to life and are immeshed in a story line that you never want to end! A good read.

Tenth Circle, The 1 review Jodi Picoult
Washington Square Press, 2006
Haunting, yet beautiful. One of her usual. At first, as I was reading the book, I wasn't sure I'd like it. The confusing background of Daniel, and the seemingly nonchalant affair that his wife was having; it really threw me off. I was hoping for something, and I got it. Trixie. She was a brilliant character in the book, and although I constantly questioned her throughout it, she was one of the only characters that actually felt real. The ...

Second Glance 82 reviews
Atria Books, 2004
Second Glance This book was hard to understand at the beginning because so many different characters were introduced, but I kept pushing through it because I love her writing. It was worth it, the characters started to show their personalities and they were wonderful. I highly recommend this book, it's a little bit different of a story than Picoult usually writes, but it is fantastic.

The Pact: A Love Story 44 reviews Jodi Picoult

Truly Amazing I only discovered this author a few months ago by happening to pick up My Sister's Keeper. I was then compelled to purchase every book Jodi Picoult has written. The Pact is touching and so real to life. I had a hard time putting this book down. The characters are believable and the test of family and friends is that to real life. I enjoy being pulled into the books I am reading and have the ...

My Sister's Keeper 961 reviews Jodi Picoult

Amazing Book! Although I am only 13 years old, I enjoyed My Sister's Keeper so much! Since the main character Anna is 13, I felt really comfortable reading this book and could really imagine what it would be like to be in her situation. My mom loves all of Jodi Picoult's books and she recommended that I read My Sister's Keeper. At first I was a little wary about reading such a long book that is meant for ...

The Pact 9 reviews Jodi Picoult
Hodder Paperback, 2005
Addicting As a 19 year old Engineering student, I find free-time incredibly hard to come by, and when I do manage to have some... I'll admit, I often spend it watching brain-numbing television to recuperate.
I received this book as a birthday gift, and started reading it during a study-break, fully intending to get no more than possibly 30 pages through it, and THEN watch a little TV. However, once I ...
