Kinda generic
I thought that the book would be more specific in mentioning HEALTH related subjects but it's like a project management book with the word "health" thrown in a couple times. At least it's light weight so I can walk around with it more than a regular project management text.

I don't like this book.
I think this book is poorly written, although it is obvious the author used a lot of time and tactics to write it. First, the author like to use a lot of you-may-see-it-once-in-your-life words in his description, some words aren't even in the dictionary.
