very helpful
I find this reference book extremely helpful especially in the clinical setting. It lists all the commonly used drugs with indications, contraindications, etc. It even has normal lab values for a quick reminder. All in all it was worth the purchase 10 fold.

Absolutely top notch on I.V. admixtures
I am a pharmacist at a large hospital in TN and find this book is indispensible. It is very easy to find information and lists accepted usage not just info from a package insert.

Excellent Drug Book
This book was very useful in nursing school. It has a CD-rom with a downloadable drug guide. I was able to cut and paste drug information from it and did not have to retype information for drug sheets.

Great Reference book
As a critical care RN, I use my I. V. drug book by Davis almost daily for compatibilities, dosage, etc. The only thing that would be better than this edition of Davis's book, would be a revised edition.

It's helped me a lot
I've only had these cards a short time and they've already helped me a lot. This is probably one of the best purchases I will make during my nursing school career. I read a review saying the cards are thin. They are, but that's how they're supposed to be.

Useful info in a handy format
I really like this small spiral bound pocket guide. I will say that you'd need a hefty pocket to hold it, but it's easy enough to tote along with you. I am a nursing student near the end of my program and this has been great for clinicals. When I get my pt assignment and look at the meds list, I can take 10 minutes looking through this book to get a good idea of what I will be giving (meaning ...
