Not my favorite reference.
As a first year nursing student, I, along with the rest of my class, was required to purchase this text from the campus library. I promptly sold it back as soon as I could replace it with another med-surg book. The content of this book is quite comprehensive, however, my major complaint is the book's readability. Lay persons shouldn't be allowed to touch the book and first year students ...
