Great Review before taking a test!
This book is great. I like how it is breaken down into sections. What I liked about it is that it's a great reviewer before taking any tests at school. I noticed that some questions were used by some instructors were from this book. Gives you rationales. Always buy a Nclex book or this one with rationales. You learn a lot from them. I give this book an A+, 100% and a positive evaluation!!! ...
