How to Draw Cartoons and Caricatures (Young Artist) 2 reviews Judy Tatchell
Usborne Books, 2006
Excellent book! Judy Tatchell at her best! I'm 17 years old and I ordered this book in hopes of learning how to draw cartoons. Not only did I learn to do that, but I also learned to draw caricatures! Very good book, especially for kids!

What Happens to Your Food? (Usborne Flip Flaps) 1 review Alastair Smith
Scholastic, 1997
Excellent kids science book This book covers digestion in short, interesting facts with clear illustrations. There is just enough "grossness" to delight an elementary-aged child. Probably too long to read the whole thing to a 5 or 6 year old, but you could read a few sections. An older-elementary aged kid who was interested in science or medicine would love this book.

Flip Flap Body Book (Flip Flaps) 3 reviews Alastair Smith, Judy Tatchell
Usborne Books, 2004
great book This looks like an older version of a book that I bought at www.suesbooks.info. I'm not sure if it is the same, but they are great books. It is full of pictures and lots of information, but it makes it simple and easy to understand. If you want them to learn about the body, this is a great book. Doctors don't become doctors overnight.

Usborne Publishing: The World of Ballet 2 reviews Judy Tatchell
EDC Publishing, 1994
This book has something for everyone This is a splendid reference book on ballet. While it is clearly designed as a guide for dancers and would-be dancers, it is also a fascinating book for those of us who enjoy ballet only from a seat in the audience. I purchased the book for my young daughter, who will soon begin studying ballet, and she is entranced by the photographs, the discussion of the different kinds of ballet shoes and ...

This book get sread at bed time every night then is tucked in with him. It's bright and coloful and educational as well. He knows all the names of the dinos featured and has even picked up some facts to pass on to his grandparents. I would highly reccomend this book to parents.

Dragons (Luxury Lift-the-Flap Learners) 3 reviews Judy Tatchell
Usborne Books, 2005
A beautifully illustrated picture book The book I have in my lap at this moment is a picture book it was written by Judy Tatchell, designed by Reuben Barrance and illustrated by Peter Scott.
While it is certainly not a novel with characters and plot lines it is a fun and informative read for children under the age of 8. It has many small flaps and mini pages within pages, these may be torn by very young children so be careful. The ...
