That the title has the word "easy" in it is certainly a misnomer. However, that fails to stop my love for this cookbook. Great recipes for entertaining.
This book is great. The recipes are easy to follow and they don't require too many ingredients. I made several dishes from this book for a recent "Girls night out" and by the end of the night everyone was asking for the title of the book to purchase it. I'm a novice at cooking, so these dishes really made me look good.
