The quotes and scripture verses encourage Christ-centered thinking. It challenges the believer to grow and think on the Lord. One example is, "Swallow your pride occasionally. It is non-fattening." The scripture reference is Proverbs 29:23. We share these with our church one every Sunday morning to help get us in the worship mode. I highly recommend this book!
