This book is great. It covers everything you need to know for step 1, while leaving out all you dont' need to know. The questions are probably the best micro vignette questions out there, and helps reinforce what you learned from the book. I used this book for my undergrad class and luckily my med school also uses this. As well as my husband has a previous copy that he used in med school.
