I read this book a few years back in High School and it has been my favorite since. My niece has gotten into African-American literature and I introduced her into the more older fiction world with this book. The story was good and she loved it also. Reminded me of the show Girlfriends
I realy enjoyed this book from the first chapter to the last. This book definitely reminded me of the show Girlfriends. I felt like I knew Taylor, Charisse and Whitney personally. Charisse was all out crazy, Whitney was a joy to know and Taylor was my favorite.

This book to me is one of her best that I have read so far. This is the second book I read by her and I have to say I love it. She really out did herself. I hope she rights a part two, although it was a good ending I was left wondering what was going to happen next.
