A wonderful book for toddlers who love kittens & surprises
I bought this book for my oldest son about six years ago, and he just loved it (we have a cat, and he loved our cat too). It's a wonderful book for little kids because they can participate by lifting the flaps, and they love the surprise of finding the kitten hidden underneath. The book has been out of print for a while, so I am thrilled to see it's available again.

We love this libro!
My 15 month old son is being raised bilingual. This book is one of his favorites becuase it combines Spanish and flaps to open and is durable! Sometimes he 'reads' it by himself and laughs when he sees the baby. It also uses simple vocabulary and is a good starter book for people who don't speak Spanish.

An adorable board book for toddlers
This very cute board book has flaps which reveal, for example, a baby in the previously empty bathtub. It is all about an ordinary day, which my kids love: bath, bed, sandbox. One child has Down syndrome. Plus an adorable boy on the cover.

great book
My 16 month old LOVES this book, and has for several months now. In general, she prefers English books (because that is what she's used to) but she insists that I read this one to her two or three times before she goes to sleep. She studies the pictures very intently as I read it to her. She likes to open the flaps to see what happens next to the baby/child. Highly recommend.

Pleasant surprise
Honestly I ordered this book not knowing anything about it other than it was a board book and it was written in Vietnamese. With that said, I was happy to find that though it doesn't have English translation on the pages, it is quite simple to interpret. I also think that it gives young children a lesson on pairing things up. For instance, there is one page that shows an apple, the next an empty ...

Very Pleased
I gave this book to my grandson for his first birthday. He likes to carry it around the house. Having been written in both English and Spanish is a great idea. My grandson will need to know Spanish since his family may become missionaries in a Spanish speaking country.

A lively book of photographs of special children as children
We Can Do It has photographs of 5 children with Down Syndrome, spina bifida, blindness and cerebral palsy having fun and enjoying ordinary activities at home and at school. The unposed (I think!) photographs are refreshing and inspiring to anyone who has an interest in special needs children, focusing on their abilities. I think it will become a classic.

Learning about friendship
I enjoyed reading this book to the 1st graders at my daughter's school. The children at this age are searching for friendship but are still hesitant to embrace it when they find it. The book gave me many opportunities to talk about how Moira and Marina had problems to work out in their friendship but when they worked on it, spoke honestly to one another about how they felt, they were able to ...

A Most Important Lesson
As a first grade teacher for 15 years, I have used this book on the first week of school as we begin our year learning about "Friends, families and ourselves." I keep the book on the tray of my white board all year and constantly refer to the title and the lessons learned within. It is the year-long theme of my class and the thread that I try to weave throughout every lesson and life experience ...

Great little book!!
I work at a parent's day out program in the baby room. We care for children ages 6wks- 2 yrs old. And this book is a favorite. We keep having to replace it because the pages get worn! This little book is loved by each and every child that comes through our room!! I would highly recommend it!!!

poor grammar
I haven't purchased this book, nor have I even looked at it, but after seeing that the title is grammatically incorrect, there is NO way I would buy it. I can't make accents on my laptop, but the title should say, 'Adonde va?' with an accent on the O and an upside down question mark at the front of the sentence. The book editor should have caught that mistake.
Brothers and Sisters

Like most brothers and sisters, the siblings in this book play together, compete with each other, and help one another. In Brothers and Sisters , we meet a number of sibling groups in which at least one member has a physical disability. This book shows that having a sibling with a disability is not so different from having a sibling without a disability. Includes a glossary and list of resources.
