I liked this book because it tells how younger kids are and older ones too. It describes how a family of both young and old boys and girls get along together and what their life is like. That is why I liked this book.It is also exciting because they do lots of interesting things when they go into the country.

A magic world for a young child
This book was probably the second book I ever read as a second grader in 1945. It took me into a mysterious and fascinating world which captivated my imagination ever since. Subsequently I read every Bobbsey Twin book I could get my hands on. Extremely well done series by an outstanding children's author.

Funny, Adventurous and Exciting!
Bert was elected to be in charge of the museum at school. Then, the most valuable trophy in the whole museum was stolen! I really liked some of the details in this book, like the dog that could sniff out the bad guys and do really neat tricks! I recommend reading this book because it is funny, adventurous and exciting!

As a child, I thoroughly enjoyed reading all the Bobbsey Twins books. I have ordered 5 of these books so far for my 7 yr. old grand niece who is showing an interest in reading. These books were a gift to her. I hope she enjoys them as much as I did when I was her age and a little older. I like to encourage reading.
