beautifully simple
This book is exactly what it claims to be. It's a pocket-sized book and doesn't waste paper on any nonsense. It's very simply a list of psychotropic medications, their side effects, what they're used for, etc. It's not exactly enough for a reader to become a psychiatrist, but it's perfect for any counselor who wants to understand what their clients are taking and why.

This is an excellent book that will challenge and expand your view of spiritual mentors/directors. I read this book with my small women's group and we got a lot out of it. Great Study Guide
This study guide was a great way to review for class. It was recommended by my instructor and really helped me focus my efforts. Reading the text was often overwhelming and daunting for me. I would use the study guide first and then do all the exercises and then read the text. My comprehension was so much better that way. I got a 98 in my Intermediate I class so it works!
