I love the way this book has you work out problems in the margins as you go through the reading. This makes sure that you understand the work that you've read about, before you go on to the next piece. This guide (corresponding with the 8th edition of Intermediate Algebra) was very helpful in assisting me with my understanding of the objectives in the book. It goes over steps that the textbook doesn't cover and for me, it meant the difference between an F and an A in my college algebra class. Highly reccommended!
