Margaret Read (RTL) MacDonald, Ibrahim (RTL) Muhawi, ...

Marshall Cavendish Children's Books, 2006

well done story from muslim culture
Ms. Read has done a great job of making a moralistic tale accessable and inviting. The moral still goes over my preschooler's heads, but the illustrations are engaging.

The Farmyard Jamboree PB w CD (Book & CD)4 reviews
Margaret Read MacDonald

Barefoot Books, 2006

Addicting!
I bought this book for my students who happen to have autism. They LOVE it and request it all the time. The first time I heard it I thought "Oh no, this is boring" BUT it really speeds up and has a nice melody. You will find yourself singing this in your sleep. My 20 month old daughter loves it as well. I think any young child will enjoy the melody, the pictures and the rhythm of this story.

This book is not as preachy as this review and you will be sure to use some of the stories within with ...
