Most of the dishes in this cookbook require several other recipes which are also found in the book. I bought the book for my husband, turned out to be the best thing I did. He is cooking on the weekends, loves the recipes. They taste great. The book is great even if you are not a Nascar fan. They have recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner even deserts. Quick and easy meals to prepare. Would recommended the book to everyone.
