It 's the only reason I passed Elementary Statistics
I had to teach myself statistics the first time around and this book deserves sole credit for my passing grade. Furthermore, I was able to use this book to teach my classmates and everyone passed the course, a first with that professor. I used the book as tutor at more than one school, as well. Highly recommended!

Statistics can be a rather confusing topic. It is for this reason that having the student solutions manual to see the problems is "essential," so to speak. The steps for the problems are shown to the fullest degree possible, which lends more understanding than simple answers in the back of the text book. Great buy!

I bought this book thinking it would help me with statistics, especially the book it is a companion for. I've since discovered that myself and math are like oil and water.
