Student Solutions Manual for use with fourth edition Chemistry 1 review Martin Silberberg
McGraw-Hill Science/Engineering/Math, 2005
Not User-Friendly This book does what it is meant to do - provides solutions for problems in the fourth edition of "Chemistry" by Silberberg. While the solutions that are included in the book are wonderful - detailed, complete, and easy enough to follow - I do have my complaints:
-The layout of the book is poor. There will be a heading at the beginning of each chapter, but the subsequent pages do not have any ...

Chemistry: The Molecular Nature of Matter and Change 18 reviews Martin Silberberg
McGraw-Hill Science/Engineering/Math, 2008
Excellent College-Level Introductory Chemistry Book Although this book essentially starts from scratch, I'd recommend it to people who have already had high school chemistry. If you haven't had that, you should still do okay, but you may have to spend some extra time and effort since some of the most basic concepts are only skimmed over. They spend much more time on the material that you probably didn't cover in depth in high school chemistry.

Student Solutions Manual to accompany Chemistry: The Molecular Nature of Matter and Change 1 review Martin Silberberg
McGraw-Hill Science/Engineering/Math, 2008
kid review format because of privacy issues This book is for the third edition, not the forth in case anyone couldn't tell, but a lot of the problems are the same (a little different order) It wasn't as helpful as I had hope'd since it only has the solutions for the odds, and the odds are already in the back of the book. However, it was nice to see the work on a few problems for which the back of the book had just listed the final answer ...
