This is my favorite children's poem of all time! It is rhythmic and spiraling and evocative; Mary-Claire Helldorfer captures the pulse of each season with perfect imagery. My children still cherish it after all these years; it is our tradition at each season's change to pull this out and read it together. The artwork is lovely, too.

Pretty Dull
Even for young children (2-4 yrs.), this book needs some VOOOOM! It's a story that says, A cutesy, 'See all the things God does.' Page after page of this gets pretty tiresome.
