We took this book to our grandchildren in California, and just put it on the table for them. That night we discovered the 11 year old girl sitting on the bunk bed reading to her 8 year old brother. No pressure from us. They had solved the first 4 mysteries, using both simple deduction and by applying the biblical cues.

Great book for sunday school, AWANA or church library
Wow! this terrific series is wonderful for AWANA storyyp or counsel time sessions. a great read aloud for younger kids. Our church has the entire series and they also make a great filler for when the service runs long and your childrens church lesson runs short. Our kids have read the whole series and can't wait for number five to be printed. The Education Garden

Fun and educational at the same time
My daughter (7) loves these books and has all three. The short stories hold a young child's attention but aren't too simple for older kids. She loves the way that she is able to help solve the mystery and it has taught her a lot about her Bible as well. A great series.

Concord is a super-sleuth
My son, who is 9, and I read one of these stories before bed each night. We have fun trying to figure out the answer before we even read the bible passage. Some are easy; some are harder. But my son loves it! And it is a great way to put Scripture reading into his everyday life. We plan to share these with his small group at church.
