Very well written, nice examples help understand the technology better. The chapter on Updategrams is very useful. I had the privilege of working with David Minter at Blockbuster in the glory years. As he shows in this book, the management team under Huizenga was in `the zone' so-to-speak. It was a great time, and Minter and Reid point out why Blockbuster had that success, and how other entrepreneurs can as well. Highly recommend reading this more than once!

As a mother of a seven year old pet lover, this book was a great purchase. My son is dyslexic, so reading is tough for him, therefore, it is important to find reading material that interests him. Some of the stories he can read on his own, and some I read to him. Great book for cuddle/bed time! The more humorous stories such as Fudge by Judy Blume make falling asleep much more pleasant.
