A Mouse's Diary2 reviews
Michelle Cartlidge

Methuen young books, 1993

A Mouse's Diary is a must read
I read this book hundreds of a time when I was a child. The pictures are amazing and the story is cute. Everyone should have the chance to look at this book. If you like this book, you may want to try the Brambly Hedge series by Jill Barklem, which is another great set of books about mice. These books also have fabulous illustrations.

Mouse's Scrapbook1 review

Campbell Books, 1995

Review from a four year old reader
I like the book and whoever gave me it I really like it. I like the part where they go to the restaurant. It's really small and a mouse would read it. There are all the little things you can take out. It's fun!

Mouse Christmas1 review

Campbell Books, 1996

My daughter's all time favorite book !
This small book is just the right size for little hands and holds many delightful surprises. Each two page spread has an item that can be removed from a pocket such as a tiny paper chain, a letter to Santa, a 3-d gingerbread house and a little Christmas card or a lift-the-flap activity to do. The story follows brother and sister Sam and Amy as they prepare for Christmas. My daughter loves this ...

It is a surprise book for toddlers. To be able to lift the flaps and see what is underneath creates a big smile on their faces.

Book of Words: 21 review
Michelle Cartlidge

Dutton Juvenile, 1994

Adorable and Charming
My daughter loves this sweet book. The illustrations are so charming and adorable. A pleasant little family of mice is shown on each page, as they go through daily life. The pages are delightfully illustrated with everyday objects (each one labeled), however the pages are not at all cluttered. I plan to buy a copy of this book for our local preschool because it has been so well loved by my ...

Little Mouse Books: Mouse Ballet (Little Mouse Books)2 reviews

Campbell Books, 2006

My 4 year old loves this book.
I read the other review and the reviewer is right; we don't have the other books in the series so we never realized anything wasn't as it should be here. My daughter is 4 and received this when she turned 3 and just loves it so much. I'm ordering another one because we've lost a piece or two (the other reviewer is right, the little ones might rip a page or two). The story is adorable and my ...

My girls love the mouse books. I only wish they were not out of print. Fun flaps to open, and small items to take out from some of the books. Very fun.

Fairy Letters2 reviews
Michelle Cartlidge

Lothian Pub Co, 2000

Fairy Letters
My oldest daughter received a book called "Mouse Letters" by Michelle Cartlidge in the early 1990's. When I saw this book, I was excited to buy one for my three year old daughter. It is an adorable book, but "Fairy Letters" is almost exactly the same as "Mouse Letters". The pictures are identical, but the letters and some of the mice names are different. If you don't already own "Mouse ...
