Ignorance and arrogance = Bad book.
I read this book thinking it would be a nice way to familiarize myself with the basics of hypnotherapy before I began training to be a hypnotherapist. This book was definitely difficult to tolerate at several points. Mike Bryant is incredibly arrogant. Very full of himself. He got in several jabs at people he felt weren't at his level apparently.
