absolutely MARVELOUS!!!
I have so much enjoyed this purchase!! It's a great read and quick. It's not like other "diet" books. This IS a true way of living and being at peace with food. no, I have not won the lottery yet because of this book, but I really love it as well as all the books I have by the same author. Perhaps the best part of the book is the message that change is possible. The CD itself is worth more than the price of the book/cd set.
